Welcome to Essence Greek. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or shopping from www.essencegreek.com, you accept and agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Information
Essence Greek is an online clothing store specializing in women’s fashion. The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Essence Greek. By using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Product Information
- All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
- We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
- In case a product is out of stock after the order is placed, the customer will be notified via email or WhatsApp, and a store credit will be issued.
3. Order & Payment
- Orders once placed will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
- Essence Greek reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailable inventory.
- Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking information.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing [email protected] with your order ID and reason.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products.
- You must email us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the item, along with your order details and product images.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, unused and unwashed.
- Once the return is approved and received, customers may choose either:
- Store credit (gift coupon) OR
- Product exchange (based on stock availability)
6. Refunds
- We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit only.
7. Shipping
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Essence Greek does not offer reverse pickup. For approved returns, customers must courier the product back.
- Return shipping for damaged products will be reimbursed. For other returns, it will be borne by the customer.
- ₹300 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount (in form of store credit).
8. Size & Customization
- We do not offer returns or replacements for sizing issues unless the item is defective.
- Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing orders.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (logo, photos, text, etc.) is the property of Essence Greek. Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Essence Greek shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
