Cancellation Requests:

Customers can raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, email us at [email protected] using the same email ID used to place the order.
Please include your Order ID and a brief reason for cancellation in the email.

Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Send an email to [email protected] with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images of the damaged product
- Reason for return or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process either:
- A store credit (gift coupon) OR
- An exchange, depending on your preference and stock availability

We do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues, unless the product is found to be damaged or defective.
Customers are requested to refer to the size guide carefully before placing an order.

We do not issue refunds to bank accounts.
Any applicable refund will be issued in the form of a store credit (gift coupon) redeemable on your next order.

Essence Greek does not offer a reverse pickup facility.
Customers must ship the product back to us securely, in original condition and packaging.
For returns due to damaged or defective items, Essence Greek will reimburse return shipping charges.
For returns due to customer error or preference, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

A flat deduction of ₹300 will be made from the order amount to cover the shipping cost when issuing store credit.
